KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior technical lead for wastewater treatment and ultrapure water (UPW) systems in manufacturing facilities (e.g. Semiconductor)
- Ensures system reliability, environmental compliance, and 24/7 system technical support & troubleshooting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead in maintaining and optimizing water treatment & wastewater systems (acid/alkali, fluoride removal, chemical dosing, sludge handling and sustainability)
- Manage UPW, RO, EDI, EDR, Filtration and membrane systems
- Manage systems troubleshooting
- Lead the optimization of chemical consumptions (Sulfuric acid, HCl, lime, coagulant, polymer, anti-scalant etc.)
- Manage vendors, equipment & systems upgrades
- Ensure discharge to sewer is compliant with PUB & manufacturing EHS
- Ensures workers, contractors & other personnel are compliance with the manufacturing EHS and aligned with manufacturing discipline
- Provides training to engineers and technicians on water treatment, waste water & UPW
- Develop SOP's, RA's and maintenance standards
- Manage commissioning of new projects & project improvements
- Supports in potential project proposals
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineeing
- 10+ years experience in semiconductor and other manufacturing industry water treatment, wastewater and UPW systems
- Strong troubleshooting, reliability, and project management skills
- Experience with pumps, membranes, instrumentation, panels, chemical dosing systems, and SCADA systems.
- Strong mentoring skills
- Strong background in managing T&C and O&M contracts
