Engineering- Candidate must possesses Steel Structures and/or related experience.
- Responsible for steel structures and civil scopes for building construction works
- Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, contracts scope of works to understand project requirements
- Plan, schedule work sequences, prepare Microsoft Project for all task and micro-schedule form throughout the project
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing, consultant and authority requirement
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, client, main contractor, other contractor and authority
- Manage site supervisor and workers to perform according to planning
- Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time
- Ensure project is executed according to micro-schedule and timeline
- Prepare progress report, handover report, meeting minutes, TOP/CSC documentation, and other requirement request by client and authority
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned related to project
