  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for system startup issues and ensure systems function according to design.
  • Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure proper specification and delivery of materials.
  • Review and approve vendor documentation, including SDS and equipment warranties.
  • Conduct vendor audits and assessments for quality and safety compliance.

Training & Documentation
  • Develop and deliver training for operations and maintenance personnel on safe handling and procedures for chemicals and gases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of system requirements and operational guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in chemical/gas system design and engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical and gas delivery systems, safety standards, proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen), excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Other: Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize workload, and collaborate in a team environment. Service-oriented and self-motivated.
