Job Scope:

• Plan and control activities relating to building maintenance and management
• Work with stakeholders to design Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) relating to the health and safety of residents and staff
• Assist in managing external vendors
• Track and monitor equipment, ensuring that they are functioning properly
• Manage IT matters and identify areas of improvement
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of prior experience in Operations for Degree holders and 6 years for Diploma holders
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
