Job Requirements:
- Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers.
- Participate in product development cycle through requirement analysis, design, prototyping, testing and qualification.
- Review specifications and technical requirements with clients.
- Generate product technical documents, drawings, assembly drawings and bill of materials.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and marketing department.
- Work in cross functional project team to ensure that project requirements are met.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 5 years of experience within a research & development environment.
- Knowledge in C++ coding.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, IAR workbench).
- Practical experience with design software.
- Knowledge in electronic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, RF).
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment for testing and validation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronics design and manufacturing.
- Able to work hands-on and manage project deliverables individually.
- An effective team player and have good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
