We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong knowledge of Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). The engineer will oversee the overall performance, availability, and reliability of the warehouse automation systems and ensure compliance with agreed SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage system performance related to WES/WCS, conveyors, ASRS, FloorBots, AirRob units, and pallet lifters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA requirements including response time, MTTR, and maintenance deliverables.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, escalation, and corrective actions for automation systems.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance reports, including RCA submissions.
• Coordinate with client technical teams, vendors, and onsite supervisors/technicians.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for system performance.
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews and reporting.
• Maintain CMMS updates, documentation, and system logs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse automation, WES/WCS, ASRS, or robotics systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC logic, automation controls, sensors, and industrial networking.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lead teams, manage SLA requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
