Requirements
- Performance Drive: Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6, including WBS definition, progress tracking, risk forecasting, delay analysis, and coordination of temporary site utilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Deliver quality: Ensure project planning aligns with procurement, design, and construction requirements, coordinating resources and productivity tracking, preparing delay analyses and EOT documentation, supporting dispute resolution, and maintaining compliant planning records and visual progress reports.
- Client and Other Consultants Engagement: Engage with clients and consultants to understand project objectives, ensure smooth delivery, maintain accurate site progress records, and resolve outstanding subcontractor requests through effective coordination and communication.
- Time Responsibility: Responsible for ensuring timely project planning by contractors and NSCs, maintaining updated 3-month lookahead programs, incorporating long-lead delivery items and public holiday allowances, managing delays and EOT claims, establishing baseline schedules, and preparing recovery plans with the senior project team.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Experience in major A/A works, underpinning works and conservation project will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, powerpoint).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment.
