Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Personnel with 1-3 years of construction experience to support our project team. The candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily construction site activities.
• Support project supervision to ensure works comply with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and site records.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting site issues.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide support to the project team in resolving technical or site-related matters.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma in a construction relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and site operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on-site as required.
