Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates/Bills of Quantities for M&E systems.

• Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and documentation.

• Administer contracts, including variations, progress claims, and payment certification.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and support value engineering assessments.

• Prepare and maintain tender and project cost records.

• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and procurement to ensure accurate cost control.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in M&E Engineering.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
