The Requirements:
- Drawing submission for Consultant's approval and follow-up with re-submission.
- Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule and Coordination of M&E matters on site to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations
- Source, Liaise and Coordinate with M&E subcontractors or procurement of M&E equipment
- Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
- Compile monthly project progress claim.
- Prepare and submission Variation Order.
- Any other ad hoc duties
The Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Good understanding of technical and construction activities
- Able to interact with main-con and consultant
- Must be Independent, Self-motivated & Team Player.
- Familiar with project management, AutoCad and BIM
