Job Responsibilities

Act as first level support for the factory automation team.
Attend to day-to-day systems issues, perform troubleshooting systematically and come out with solutions.
Coordinate with production, equipment engineering, process engineering and IT teams to ensure data collected by business systems is accurate, relevant, and critical for monitoring purposes.
Assist in providing briefing, guidance, and training to end user on the implementation of new feature or enhancement developed by automation team.
Participate in system enhancement initiatives by collecting user feedback and suggest improvement idea, potentially helping to develop and implement them.
Create and document best practice on using automations systems for end user.
Support system testing activities on machine by automation engineer.
Manage server, computer that fall under automation team responsibility.
Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.
Any Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in engineering or related fields.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Must be able to commit to perform 12 hours rotating shift and work in cleanroom environment.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Strong problem solving and systems issues troubleshooting skills.
Good Team Player and able to work independently.
Basic programming skills with Python.
1 to 2 years experience of using Linux/Windows command to troubleshoot and analyze on network, log file and system issues
