Job Overview

YIJIA Engineering is a professional contractor specializing in Cleanroom and M&E installation works, actively involved in major semiconductor facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Project Manager in site coordination, progress tracking, and quality control.
2. Prepare and review drawings, material lists, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
4. Participate in equipment installation, system testing, and troubleshooting.
5. Support cost control, safety compliance, and daily project reporting.

Requirements (Must-Have)

1. Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese), including technical terminology.(Necessary) (The role requires daily coordination with stakeholders from Singapore, China and other countries. Many technical documents and meetings are conducted in both English and Chinese; hence bilingual proficiency is necessary for effective performance.)
2. Degree in Engineering-related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services, etc.), or equivalent hands-on construction site experience.
3. Energetic, highly motivated, and willing to learn, with strong teamwork spirit and adaptability to site environments.

Advantages (Preferred)

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or project coordination tools.
