Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and qualify machines prior to crating and shipment to customers.
• Provide on-site service support when required, both locally (Singapore) and overseas.
• Conduct system checks, troubleshooting, and machine performance verification.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards before delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for setup, testing, and qualification activities.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics Engineering.
• With 2-4 years of machine setup, assembly and testing in BEOL of semiconductor.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical control and automation systems.
• Skilled in reading drawings, using measurement tools, and troubleshooting I/O systems.
• Knowledge of alignment, motor tuning, and vision systems is an advantage.
• Basic PC setup and programming skills; proactive and willing to take extra responsibilities.
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts from China.
