Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors on ACMV system design and compliance
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines
• Ensure site work execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Manage project cost, site documentation, and variation orders; report progress to project manager
• Prepare reports and propose solutions or enhancements in line with industry best practices

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV or related M&E roles within the building construction industry
