Location: Serangoon North

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Salary: Basic Up to $2800 Per Month + Bonus + Shift Allowance

Working days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday

Shift timings (Choose 1): 6.45am to 3.15pm/2.45pm to 11.15pm/10.45pm to 7.15am

Job Scope:

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines according to engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve semiconductor machine issues.
• Perform data entry into the central system.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC Engineering qualification
