Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in CCTV backend and router setup.
• Perform NVR (Network Video Recorder) configuration and maintenance.
• Support basic router configuration, particularly with Huawei routers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to internal teams as required
• Maintain proper documentation of network and system configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for system updates or maintenance.

Requirements:

• Prefer Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• No prior experience required - training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Knowledge or interest in CCTV systems, NVR configuration, and router setup preferred.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
