Engineering- Provide servicing on customers' Multi-Function Devices in accordance with the procedures indicated inside the service manual
- Take ownership of designated Multi-Function Devices and to ensure all Multi-Function Devices are in optimum working conditions
- Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted
- To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment
- To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine's functions and connectivity matters
- Support team in technical support and solutions
Requirement
- At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking
- Comfortable to travel extensively to customer location island wide
