Job Requirements:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers, providing mentorship, guidance and performance feedback.
- Set clear goals, priorities and expectations to ensure alignment with project and organizational objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects from planning to execution, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, assemblies, and fixtures.
- Review and approve design concepts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to production.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, drawings and project records.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in design and development.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gas box, gas panel build and system integration.
- Familiar with semiconductor equipment manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
