Job Description:

- Participate, fine tune, commission and troubleshoot automation machines

- Maintain and update process documentation records

- Optimise the assembly processes to meet Safety, Productivity requirements.

- Ensure processes are in compliance all regulations

- Identify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production quality

- To commission automation machines in overseas plant

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic engineering fields with at least 1 years of engineering/ automation experience

- Proficiency in SolidWorks

- Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel and able to work weekend/shifts when required
