As a Senior AI/ML Engineer in the AI Development Group, you will lead the rapid prototyping, development, and integration of AI capabilities across Certis' current and next-generation technology platforms. This role is pivotal in advancing Certis' AI adoption journey, making AI a core driver of innovation and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, experiment, and productize AI solutions, embedding advanced AI technologies into Certis' software and hardware ecosystems to enhance security, automation, and operational intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the rapid prototyping of AI solutions to enhance Certis' product offerings and operational capabilities.
• Own the technical development of AI projects, from ideation to productization, deployment and maintenance.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies into Certis' existing and future technology platforms, ensuring that AI enhances the efficiency, security, and scalability of Certis' solutions.
• Oversee the development of reusable and scalable AI modules / services to enhance organizational agility and reduce development time for future projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify areas where AI can drive value and address business challenges.
• Ensure AI solutions are compliant with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy policies. Champion AI best practices across the organization, promoting AI literacy and fostering a culture of AI-driven innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years on AI, machine learning, or deep learning technologies.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise software projects from concept to deployment, particularly in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development processes, including agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into large-scale software platforms.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS is preferred).
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and machine learning model lifecycle management.
• Passion for AI, particularly in building AI-enabled products that address real-world challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments, promoting synergies and shared learning.
