Responsibility:

• \tReport to Project Manager, develop projected milestone, plans and method statement.

• \tResponsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.

• \tParticipate in the preparation of construction plans and technical coordination for the structural part of the project management plan. Participate in the drawing review.

• \tEnsure site works are executed based on approved drawing, project requirement, schedule, safety & quality standard.

• \tOrganise the pre-inspection before formal acceptance. Coordinate and inspect with sub-contractor and consultant.

• \tIdentify and solve problem areas that do not fulfil engineering and structure requirements.

• \tCoordinate with internal departments for all drawings.

• \tResponsible for timely technical clarification of changes to engineering drawings and other technical documents.

• \tAssist the structural manager to coordinate the cross-construction cooperation of various construction teams and professional subcontracts. Participate into the daily project safety management.

• \tCooperate with the company's technical department and participate in the implementation of BIM and C-score.

• \tCoordination and on-site supervision of the concrete usage of the building, responsible/assist in completing the control and quality supervision of the prefabricated components, steel bars and other materials of the building; responsible for the structural material testing.

• \tUpkeep site record and progress report. Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission.

• \tCoordinate, attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc.

• \tOther duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirement:

• \tCandidate must possess valid Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering /Architecture. Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore IES / BCA and PE Board is preferred.

• \tMinimum 3 years of working experience in main building construction.

• \tExperience in HDBBTO Projects is preferred.

• \tGood track records & working experience with local A1 / A2 main contractors is preferred.

• \tAnalytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.

• \tExcellent project and time management abilities.
