Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations, and facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs and service levels.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related issues.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide both temporary and permanent resolutions. Provide timely status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor service levels, document system configurations, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, managing project activities as required.
• Conduct research and evaluations of client platform tools and recommend suitable technologies.
• Provide technical advice on systems to customers and project teams.
• Manage client platform management systems and ensure system integrity.
• Oversee system changes through the formal change request process and submit progress/status reports.
• Support presales activities related to client platforms.
• Gather business and application requirements to perform infrastructure requirement analysis and design.
• Ensure service levels are met, and propose or implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across projects and facility management teams.
