Job Description:

Mainly responsible for the design of ACMV and BMS, as well as the shopdrawings. Possessing rich experience in design and shopdrawings

Familiar with local requirements and technical specifications in Singapore, proposing optimized design schemes, reviewing the design drawings provided by the consultant and conducting necessary calculations to ensure compliance with Singapore and project requirements;

Participating in communication and technical coordination meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors, as well as the Green Mark meetings, to solve related technical issues.

If necessary, participating in meetings with government authorities and organizing the submission of relevant documents to the authorities;

Participating in change engineering matters, promptly pointing out engineering changes involved in the drawing process;

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Have more than 10 years or dible experiences in ACMV system.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM.

- Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Possesses a professional PE certification in ACMV
