- Lead the end-to-end industrialisation of new technologies, including validation, qualification, and integration into operational cells.
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to align technical development with strategic goals.
Innovation & Emerging Technology Integration
- Implement emerging technologies such as machine vision, AI/ML, robotics, additive manufacturing, and automation.
- Lead technology maturation efforts and oversee deployment into production environments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the technical interface between engineering, operations, and business leadership.
- Prepare and present business cases, technical reports, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
