Job Description:

- Generate process flow chart.

- PLC, HMI and robot program development, modularization, and standardization.

- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical team to determine process requirements.

- Conduct factory acceptance test and site acceptance test.

- Conduct internal and end-user operation and maintenance training.

- Update program development progress to department head.

- Create internal written knowledge transfer material.

- Create operation manual for machines designed.

- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.

- Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.

- Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry.

- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation.

- Liaise with customers on control design and process flow.

- Troubleshoot electrical design and software issues.

- Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of automation system PLC, HMI or industrial robot programming experience.

- Proficient in Omron Sysmac Studio and Microsoft Office.

- Familiar with industrial control protocols such as OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, RFID interface will be added advantage.

- Proven ability to complete tasks given with minimum supervision.

- Capable to perform under tight schedule to meet project timeline.
