Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom Engineer to design, review, and integrate telecommunication systems (CCTV, PAGA, radio, fiber optics, access control, PA/GA, VSAT, etc.) for an oil & gas EPC project in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare telecom system design, block diagrams, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
• Review vendor telecom packages and ensure interface compatibility with E&I and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, ITU, API, NFPA and cyber security requirements.
• Support FAT, SAT, installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Coordinate telecom system requirements with electrical, instrumentation, safety, and control system teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Telecom, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' telecom engineering experience in oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or marine projects.
• Knowledge of telecom system architecture, fiber optics, networking, and field devices.
• Familiarity with telecom-related standards and hazardous area compliance.
