Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, including roller machines, compressors, laser machines, and stamping machines.
Inspect, service, and replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, valves, dies, and optics.
Carry out machine alignment, calibration, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Support installation, setup, and testing of new or refurbished machinery.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and parts usage reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and equipment standards.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requests for replenishment as needed.

Key Requirements:

Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and repair.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance.
