Who we are looking for
- Work in assigned product from development to MP phase, to lead and drive products life cycle from new product concept till mass production ramp
- Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation including control plans, BOM, defect catalogue and engineering reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product or process-related issues.
- Analyse parametric and yield data to identify trends and drive root cause analysis. Support yield improvement, failure analysis, and reliability testing activities.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics, Engineering.
- Fresh Graduates will be considered
- 3 - 5 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment.
- Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering will be an advantage.
