Responsibilities

• Support start-up activities, commissioning, and handover of equipment & systems from project to users/ operation.
• Oversee the drafting of GMP documents including SOPs, forms, etc.
• Assist in investigations, change controls and CAPAs.
• Operate / coordinate routine CM/PM for HVAC & utilities equipment systems ( Chillers, cooling towers, Standby Generators, AHUs, FCUs, final/ submain distribution boards, etc ).
• Oversees work performed by external service contractors for routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Identifies / rectifies equipment problems and completes corrective maintenance in a safe, compliant, and timely manner without affecting operations.
• Ensures all field operations in line with EHS and cGMP requirements.
• Procedures and local Statutory Codes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in HVAC, utilities, and rotating equipment operation/maintenance in a building FM, especially in Hospital/Healthcare settings.
• Preferred experience in cGMP requirements for HVAC, Utilities and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of cGMP standards, SOPs, CAPAs, and change controls for facility operations
• Good communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, EHS compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
