Technical Support Engineer (Network & CCTV)

Salary : $2800-$3300 +VB

Working hour : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Sat 8.30am to 12pm

Location : Jurong East

Job description:

* Assist in CCTV backend and router setup.

* Perform NVR (Network Video Recorder) configuration and maintenance.

* Support basic router configuration, particularly with Huawei routers.

* Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity issues.

* Provide technical support to internal teams as required.

* Maintain proper documentation of network and system configurations.

* Coordinate with vendors or service providers for system updates or maintenance.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.

* No prior experience required - training will be provided.

* Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching).

* Knowledge or interest in CCTV systems, NVR configuration, and router setup preferred.

* Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills.

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
