Role Overview

A reputable global leader in material handling solutions is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Technician to join its Singapore team. This role involves servicing cranes, hoists, and related equipment across various customer sites. You will be responsible for maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations, while upholding high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs at customer locations across Singapore
• Document service findings and recommend improvements or additional services
• Use digital tools for job execution and customer interaction
• Identify sales opportunities and generate service leads
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools in optimal condition
• Comply with all safety regulations and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Execute field activities in accordance with EHS standards and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge of material handling, construction, or similar equipment
• Proficiency in mobile apps and Microsoft Office
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
• Ability to work from height (climbing required)
