- Lead multiple projects following product development process flow in innovation department.
- Formulate new epoxy flux and epoxy solder paste products.
- Perform characterization of experimental sample and data analysis.
- Develop innovative methodologies to test and predicate product performance and properties.
- Analyze and identify the root cause to solve the problems during product development.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors or research institutes to bring in research ideas.
- Work closely with other project leader, R&D engineer in the process of project development.
- Be responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise.
- Manage projects, report project status, and deliver results on time.
- Overlook the full implementation of the product development process from product development in lab to being able to run successfully in production including preparing documents at different stage of the project.
- Work closely with new product introduction team to transfer newly developed product into production.
- Provide technical support for internal and external requirements.
Job Requirements:
- PhD or master's degree in polymer science, materials science and engineering, or chemistry
- Ample experience in polymerization, or semiconductor assembly materials
- Solid background/ experience in epoxy flux is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill
