Technical Support Engineer (Machine Vision & Computer Systems)

Suppliers & Clients:

Suppliers from Taiwan, China, Japan, S.Korea, USA , Germany , Canada etc Clients mainly from growing Southeast Asian markets

Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, configure, and maintain machine vision systems and industrial computer systems . Work with computing hardware and software; AI, Deep Learning, and AI software tools Provide technical support and troubleshooting Provide on-site and remote support to clients Support sales and project teams with technical expertise during pre- and post-sales stages. Prepare technical documentation and reports Learn directly from your friendly colleagues , a mentor will be assigned Participate in international training, seminars, and exhibitions Collaborate with regional offices (Bangkok and Jakarta)

Requirements:

Fresh graduates with ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, hardware, and AI/machine vision systems Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Good English communication; Mandarin is an added advantage
