Facility Technician Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: to maintains and repairs building systems and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. They perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, and may oversee contractors or vendors. Their responsibilities often include electrical, plumbing, CDA, purified water system, HVAC, pest control, landscape and general building maintenance.

Facility Support: Assist Facility Manager/Supervisor/Engineer/Engineering Assistant in daily operations, assisting with general facility maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sanitation, minor repairs, new product line setup & shifting activity listed below but not limited to:

• Data measurement & record keeping: To measure & maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies. such as Environmental control devices recording, pest control, ESD Control, Clean Booth/Room, CDA, RO/DI purified Water system record, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Oven recording...etc
• Equipment / workstation/ office /Room set-up: to install or work with license electrician to set up Such as transformer, vacuum, exhaust, air curtain, tester, CDA, Gas, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, power supply...etc
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various building systems like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, CDA, purified water system, and others mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing appropriate solutions to avoid recurrence or escalate Superior for advice.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan as per PM procedure requested.
• Supervision and Coordination: Overseeing contractors and vendors for specialized tasks, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Safety and Health Compliance: Ensuring the facility and equipment comply with safety codes and regulations and environmental protection by adhering to EHS policies and participating in EHS programs, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Support implementation of energy and water-saving programs. Continue improvement on reduce, reuse & recycle and support other sustainability program.
• CSER Compliance: Participate in and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policies, programs, and procedures.
