- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and construction plans.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and problem-solving discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of basic engineering principles and construction processes.
- Strong interest in land reclamation and ground improvement works.
- Willing to work at site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or design software is a plus.
