We're seeking someone to join our Asia Technology Management as part of the Asia Technology Chief Administration Office

The role carries regional responsibility across Asia, with a dedicated focus on providing onsite support to the Co-Heads of Singapore Technology and the Cyber Data Risk and Resilience (CDRR) Technology division. This reflects the strategic growth of Singapore as a regional technology hub and the increasing complexity of the emerging technology and threat landscape.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Administration Office III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you'll do in the role:

- Research Emerging GenAI Threats: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the latest risks, vulnerabilities, and security concerns related to generative AI technologies.

- Track Industry Adoption Trends: Study how financial institutions, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, are adopting GenAI for operations, customer engagement, and efficiency.

- Benchmark Against Global Practices : Compare APAC adoption trends with other regions to identify similarities, gaps, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with cybersecurity, risk, and strategy teams to translate research findings into actionable insights.

- Produce Insightful Reports & Briefings: Develop concise presentations, whitepapers, and executive summaries for leadership and decision-makers.

- Coordinate and manage content for the Asia Technology Governance Committee, ensuring senior management has clear oversight of project status, key risks, and data required to meet supervisory and regulatory obligations.

- Lead the production of governance reports and scorecards, collaborating with Technology divisions to validate inputs and ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with governance standards.

- Monitor and report on Asia Technology's performance metrics, including project delivery, risk and stability, workforce, and financials; proactively identify and escalate emerging issues and delivery risks to relevant stakeholders.

- Provide program management expertise as part of the Cyber Data Risk and Resilience (CDRR) Program Management team

- Lead cross-functional project delivery within the CDRR portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely execution, and effective stakeholder engagement

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, governance, risk mitigation, and reporting, while adhering to internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery challenges, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and resilience within program execution.

- Manage / coordinate different talent management and employee engagement activities in the region, which include but not limited to career development, mentorship programs, mobility programs, cultural events and diversity & inclusion initiatives etc.

- Develop and launch new initiatives and programs to help strengthen employees' engagement level and sense of belonging in the region. Help identify training needs and arrange training programs to support employee development and to address the current and future talent needs in Technology division.

- As the secretary of the Technology HK and Asia Branches D&I Council. Responsible for leading discussions during council meetings, contributing ideas and crafting communication messages/, managing D&I budget / cost tracking and providing administrative support for the Council and events

What you'll bring to the role:

- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.

- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.

- At least 4 years'relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
