You'll support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects - from planning and design to construction, renovation, and handover - ensuring that every project meets operational readiness and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of clinic infrastructure projects, including the development of Schedule of Accommodation (SOA) and design of building systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, implementing sustainable and innovative solutions.
- Support budget monitoring, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Assist in procurement activities, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract management.
- Participate in risk management, compliance checks, and regulatory reviews.
- Oversee quality control, pre-inspections, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) processes.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed facilities and renovations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with ministries, consultants, clinicians, and contractors.
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive excellence and innovation across all projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in M&E Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in healthcare or large-scale infrastructure settings.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction workflows, and T&C/handover processes.
- Proficient in project management and technical software tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and healthcare facility standards (an advantage).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
