Job Requirements
- Review and analyze tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, QS) for technical and cost input.
- Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and construction methodologies.
- Identify project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for tender clarifications.
- Attend tender interviews, meetings, and site visits.
- Communicate tender requirements and updates to the relevant project team members.
- Prepare and organize complete tender submissions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with client requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Good attitude and communication skills.
- Willing to multi-task.
- 6 working days per week.
- Location: Tampines.
