Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an experienced System Engineer (On-site) to join their Singapore technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performing daily health checks, and maintaining optimal performance of on-premises servers and infrastructure systems.

The Role

• Perform daily system health checks and monitor overall infrastructure performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server issues to ensure high availability and uptime.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support network, DevOps, and desktop environments.
• Provide on-site support for critical system incidents and project rollouts.

Your Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure roles.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
• Working knowledge of VMware vSphere environments preferred.
• Ability to read and understand Mandarin for vendor coordination and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.
