Position Summary

The Company specializes in intelligent vision capabilities that blend advanced electro-optic and thermal imaging technologies with AI-based adaptive software processes to provide continual, real-time, mission-critical safety and security surveillance in the aviation and key-installation security markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Defining project objectives and success criteria
2. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
3. Managing project scope, risks, and changes
4. Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts
5. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
6. Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders and team members
7. Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders and senior management
8. Managing project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
9. Facilitating project team meetings and decision-making processes
10. Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
11. Continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
12. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures
13. Managing project contracts and vendor relationships, if applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Practical experience in:

o Software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies

o Code management repository tools

o Working with remote teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
