System & Network Operations
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform daily system health checks and resolve alerts or incidents.
- Support user account management (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, etc.).
- Assist in patch management, software updates, and backups.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
End-User Support
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support remote users and VPN connectivity issues.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IT security standards and policies.
- Support endpoint protection, antivirus updates, and security patching.
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and documentation.
Operations & Documentation
- Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and configuration documentation.
- Support routine IT maintenance tasks and scheduled system updates.
- Assist in implementing IT projects, upgrades, and new deployments.
