Key Responsibilities:

System & Network Operations
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform daily system health checks and resolve alerts or incidents.
  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, etc.).
  • Assist in patch management, software updates, and backups.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses.

End-User Support
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.
  • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support remote users and VPN connectivity issues.

Security & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards and policies.
  • Support endpoint protection, antivirus updates, and security patching.
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks, and documentation.

Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and configuration documentation.
  • Support routine IT maintenance tasks and scheduled system updates.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects, upgrades, and new deployments.
