Job Summary:

Successful candidate will be responsible for in house MIS and End user matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle PC/Laptop Support, Outlook, Windows
• Handle daily IT End user Issues
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Maintain Asset Inventories
• Maintain and update IT Documentation and Policy
• Participate in annual BCM and IT DR exercise
• Vendor Management
• Any other tasks when assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in any IT related discipline and with 1 year working experience
• Knowledge of windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Networking
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Positive Attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Singaporeans only
