- Analyze client IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice on technology solutions to meet business objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize IT systems, including software applications, networks, and cloud solutions.
- Lead IT transformation projects, including system integration, migration, and digital adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, project plans, and business requirement specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for business needs.
- Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as an IT Consultant or in a senior IT role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory is preferred.
- Certification(s) such as ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in business process reengineering and IT operational optimization.
- Exposure to data analytics, BI tools, or AI/ML technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
