Position: Civil / Site Engineer

Salary Range

SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)
• Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project schedule; overtime pay or time-off will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress records, and other documentation.
• Handle on-site issues, variation works, and technical clarifications.
• Assist the Project Manager in procurement, cost control, and project planning.
• Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Enforce workplace safety and environmental protection requirements.
• Better can speak Chinese and English
