Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and documenting high-precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing.
• Support the Program team during project quotation by providing accurate tooling/product DFM inputs.
• Attend customer meetings for DFM and mold concept reviews to address technical requirements.
• Participate in internal tooling design and DFM reviews before tool launch.
• Assist Production with molding process optimization and implement manufacturing fixtures or automation improvements.
• Support Quality in designing and fabricating test or measurement fixtures.
• Coordinate mold trials, troubleshoot tooling and molded parts, and implement engineering changes as needed.
• Ensure parts can be produced efficiently while meeting quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Welcoming fresh entry with eager to learn attitude as training will be provided
• With related background from precision engineering preferred
• Past working experience or knowledge of Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding Process or Manufacturing Process Engineering related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic circuits
• Basic 3D CAD skills (Siemens NX or PTC Creo)
