What you'll be doing

• Lead and implement risk management frameworks across medical technology development and innovation projects
• Develop, maintain, and improve ISO 13485 and IEC 62304-compliant quality management systems to support organisational excellence
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams on regulatory, quality, and engineering standards
• Evaluate clinical needs, perform feasibility and risk assessments, and propose solutions aligned with safety and compliance requirements
• Oversee documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and operational efficiency
• Manage project deliverables, including milestone tracking, technical reporting, and grant-related submissions
• Partner with clinicians, researchers, and regulatory experts to ensure successful adoption and commercialisation of innovative solutions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level and above in Biomedical/ Mechanical/ Electrical or related Engineering field
• 5 - 8 years of working experience in risk management processes for medical technology development, preferably in implementation and maintenance of a quality management system
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and ISO 14971 standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Passion for advancing healthcare innovation through engineering, quality, and risk excellence
