### *Junior Desktop Support Technician*

*Location:* East Singapore

*Working Days:* 5-day work week

*Salary Range:* $2,200 - $3,000

#### *Job Scope*

* Provide basic IT support to end-users (hardware, software, printers, and network issues).

* Set up, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.

* Assist with user accounts, email, and access support.

* Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate when necessary.

* Keep records of support requests and solutions.

* Support IT team in system rollouts, upgrades, and office IT needs.

#### *Requirements*

* At least 2 years of experience in desktop support / IT helpdesk.

* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.

* Good problem-solving and communication skills.

* Willing to learn - training will be provided.
