Job Requirements:
- Assist project manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness.
- Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer's requirements and work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments
- Coordination and liaison with subcontractors relation to planning and programming and vendors on cost, quality and schedule issues.
- Prepare the project schedule and progress report and alert higher management on the project risk when occurred.
- Maintain the proper documentations follows Project Execution Plan throughout the project cycle.
- Progress monitoring to ensure all activities completed in timely manner.
- Planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors
- Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants' representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors; on all aspects of the project to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
- Attend site meeting, inspection
- To monitor progress and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress and report submission.
- Familiar with MS projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Module fabrication & FPSO conversation yard experience is preferred
- Computer proficiency in MS Project / Excel and MS Word, Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
