Job Description

• Coordinate and manage M&E works, including daily activities, project schedules, and budget adherence.
• Oversee the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Monitor the quality of M&E installations, verify work done by subcontractors, and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Promote safety in all construction activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes of practice, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, including shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, as well as compile final as-built drawings and operational manuals.
• Develop maintenance strategies for mechanical and electrical systems, evaluate procedures, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability, especially for rolling stock and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with Recognised Degree in relevant field, and at least 2 years of supervision experience of E&M work in construction site for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
