Engineering- Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and engineering activities.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design.
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems.
- Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables.
- Must be able to review and do design calculations for approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Engineer which at least 3 years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to the works in the civil constractors also have minimum 3 years of experience in M&E works.
